Frankie & Benny's

We went for breakfast about 10.30am on a Saturday. Friendly welcome when we walked in and we were able to choose where we sat - a double booth, even though we were just two guests. Contemporary grey decor which is fresh and clean. Large glasses (not plastic) with ice and water arrived, quickly followed by hot lattes in nice sized cups and saucers, one with oat milk. Fairly varied breakfast menu, something for everyone. Server was open to me ordering various sides separately which is always a plus - food all arrived on one plate too. Nice quality sausages, good poached eggs, lean bacon with mushrooms and avocado. My guest ordered the vegan breakfast with vegan sausages along with mini hash browns, all of which she was very happy with. Food arrived hot. Presentation and portion size is good and the food is fresh and appetising. Great friendly service, checking in with us regularly but not too much. Total with a good tip added was £19 each - one breakfast each with two lattes each.

I went with my family for lunch and we had such a great time. Our waiter was Marco and he provided us with the best service. He was very helpful, attentive and pleasant. He always checked to see if we needed something. The food was so tasty and the portion size was very big even the kids menu. Their cocktails was 10/10. I will definitely return back again.

This used to be a very busy bustling restaurant, especially on a Saturday evening! Don't get me wrong the food is still good but there's alot less to choose from since I last frequented this place. Decent enough service refurbished not that there was anything wrong with it previously. I miss the lower lighting seems too bright. I would return but more for the convenience of having a meal after the cinema as part of an outing but to attend as a day outing itself I wouldn't so much. Nothing bad to say here just a bit different than the experience I was once used to from here.
