One Love Caribbean Restaurant And Takeaway

I absolutely love One Love Caribbean! I'm a regular for their takeout, and I must say, their food is fantastic. The portions are generous, ensuring you leave satisfied every time. What really sets them apart, though, is their exceptional service. The staff goes above and beyond to make every visit a memorable one. Highly recommended!

Firstly I would like to say the One Love owner is a lovely lady and the customer service here is great. I have been coming to One Love for many years so would like to call myself a regular customer. Unfortunately the last few times I have ordered the food standard has changed, I am a huge jerk chicken lover so tend to always order this, recently I have found the chicken to be dry and does not taste like it has been cooked on a Jerk Pan which I have always appreciated, the portion size of meat is not the same and I am always given breast whereas in the past it was always a leg and thigh (which is my personal preference). The BBQ wings are great and I'm sure many other things are too. I would give a high rating because I genuinely believe this may be a change in chef or ingredients so I hope this is seen as constructive and wish the business all the best always x

We hired the team for our wedding. Communication throughout was amazing with Sharna. She made us feel at ease from the beginning to the end. The professionalism was outstanding, breaking down everything we needed to know. On the day of the wedding the food was delicious and the guests were constantly asking who done the catering. I am very sceptical when it comes to buying Jamaican food because I think they tend to cut it short by not cooking the authentic way. But boy, If I could give One Love Caribbean restaurant more than five stars, I absolutely would! From the moment I stepped in, the warm and inviting atmosphere transported me straight to the heart of the Caribbean. The food was an absolute explosion of flavours, each dish bursting with the authentic taste of Jamaica. The curried goat was rich and savoury, cooked the true authentic Jamaican way, not to mention the fried chicken, the best so far. However, what truly elevated this dining experience was the exceptional service we received, courtesy of the remarkable manager and staff who went above and beyond to ensure that my experience was exceptional. This Jamaican gem has won me over, and I can't wait to return for another heavenly dining experience! If you're looking for an unforgettable taste of ‘real‘Jamaican cooking with top-notch service, this restaurant is an absolute must-visit!
