Neet Nutrition

It's a cafe and very much as expected for cafe food! I'm rating a 5 because service is great and it's clean and welcoming. The portion size for approx £9/£10 is large and I took away half my meal for later in the day. The food is tasty. They provide a fresh salad. All around a better lunch than sandwiches from the co-op!

My first visit here as Ali who ran the Romford Cafe (at Romford Station) has moved here. He is just finding his feet here and I know he will soon have things up and running as he did with the Romford Cafe. Only a short bus ride from the station and I will continue to support such a hardworking, kind and lovely man who puts his customers at the top of his list when it comes to looking after his customers. Abigail's is a lovely clean cafe. The kitchen is open to view and the whole place is spotless. Menu has large varied choice of lovely meals and snacks etc. Friendly helpful staff and lovely owner. Great for the older customers and children too. Would recommend.

The meal was really good, I really enjoyed the Stake and Kidney Pudding. I was pleased that when I requested extra gravy I received nicely thinker gravy. Staff were polite. Worth visiting for a varied menu.

Always good food in here. Breakfast and lunch. Not obvious from the outside, but there's a courtyard garden through the back. It's covered with a perspex roof, so it's usable many months of the year.

Had bacon rolls there unreal taste . Followed a few days later by a full monty breakfast absolutely 💯 percent perfect
