Pizzas for the buffet are cooked according to demand, so when we needed more pizza the ones we wanted are always there and usually freshly cooked. This is especially good as there were always vegetarian options available. The pizza is also really nice and soft, and there are both thin and thick pizzas. The staff have always been great, and the tables were clean. If I have any problems, they're dealt with very quickly and with no fuss whatsoever. The music is a good volume all around the restaurant, and overall a very good place to eat.

Service yesterday 19/10/23 was super! Gentleman and Lady on duty were so polite and friendly offering great Customer Service. All businesses need this for customer retention.
The service we had from the staff back on July 21st was very poor! First visit back since then
*The thing i don't like is ordering from via the QR code
*Food was good and hot. The children's bowls and plastic cups could do with replacing
*Bowls at salad bar need to be checked as some were not cleaned properly
*Salad bar is not as good as it once was. Quality of salads needs to improve
Overall it was nice meal but Pizza Hut generally needs to improve

We had a great time with our daughter, who is a wheel chair user. The food was good, we had a great selection on the buffet and ice cream was lovely as well. Lucy and Bridgett, the manager, were amazing and accommodated us in every way possible. Great service all round, and we can't say anything negative. Thank you for a wonderful time.

I was running late and had two meetings booked. I was unable to order online for the second one so flew into the rom valley branch. Two questions I gasped, one do you do collections second do you take Amex. Lucie and Jim were on duty. Lucie said yes we go collections I’ll have to check Amex. Jim confidently said that he was sure they took Amex. We explored this together and the both created an Atmosphere that relaxed me quickly. We sorted the order for me to collect after my first meeting.
I told Lucie I felt like hugging her with relief. She replied you can hug me if you like, which I promptly did.

Hadn't been here for a few years. Was surprised to see that you had to download the app and order on your phone. Was quite painless and will be easier next time.
We had the buffet which was very tasty. I was going to order an individual pizza take away for my husband, but at 16.99 I changed mind.

I came here for my birthday with my family and it was great. They topped up the pizza buffet quite well and the staff were very warm and friendly. It's definitely a great place for families and affordable especially the all you can eat pizza buffet from 11am-3pm. Only thing stopping it from being a 5* is the ice cream is quite tasteless I know there are toppings but you have to put quite a bit to get a taste of something. Overall great restaurant and looking forward to coming back.
