Subway at Queen’s Hospital is serving quit well. Food was great and warm. The service was fantastic especially one of the staff I remember was ‘Anna Maria’ who served me very nicely and professionally. She was quite enthusiastic though it was the end of her shift but she served me delightfully, I really appreciate her services.
Brought relative for blood test longer wait than expected so popped in for coffee and sandwich. I have severe allergies and the customer service was excellent, I could actually eat and I didn't feel like a nuisance asking staff for information. A recent experience in a local cafe was really bad, I could not eat because refused information but still charged for food they did not even prepare so this restored my faith in eating places.

Waiting in queue at 1055 I didn't get to the front of the queue till gone 11am. However even though breakfast food had gone they kindly made up one for me. This showed a great customer service. Thank you.

Two things make it better. Firstly, the love and attention when making your sub; and secondly you can talk to the staff and have a normal conversation (whether that's about the best sub combo, or just about the weather).
I was in the hospital every day for nearly a week, and the other food places shutdown after 2pm (except Costa), so Subway was a lifesaver - as I wasn't a patient I had to sort my own food out.
Subway is good healthy food. The standard however really depends on the individual franchisee. For example they no longer serve bowls of meatballs which are my son's favourite, however they still serve meatball sandwiches. We go to our local Subway in St Neots quite frequently and the franchisee personally overseas service and always makes an exception for us and gives our little boy the bowl of meatballs he enjoys. Conversely Subway at Caxton Gibbet is very very stingy with the sandwich fillings they frequent run out of selected fillings and coffee because not enough has been ordered. Ours is great others are horrendous.

Cheaper than other Subways. Very friendly service , staff offered to change gloves before prepping a Veggie Patty!!
It's very busy and exceptionally clean. Service excellent.
