Delaney's Pancake & Waffle Kitchen

This place is ridiculously good.something i would never normally eat. Today it smacked me in the face with goodness!! I had the brisket on a waffle and the dirty fries. Both are highly addicting. We also had mushroom and caramelised onions with two milkshakes. The shakes were perfect. Best I've had in UK! The service was really good too. We sat and played UNo so I don't even remember how long the food took. Thank you for coming to Tunbridge Wells Delaney's! We need places with great service and food. Fun. Good place for kids.

Great fun with good food! After a warm welcome I had the Southern fried chicken with BBQ peach sauce on a waffle with dirty fries on the side! BBQ peach sauce is genius, really enjoyed my meal and reasonable priced. I have been back since and had the same meal again, it was just as good. The Don Pedro's are pretty serious...like an alcoholic dessert! A fun unique place to eat!

Extremely impressed. Great interior, superb staff, and great food. I can highly recommend the waffle with bacon and maple syrup - amazing. We went there with our boy to have a little meal for his 1st birthday. I don't think I've ever felt so welcomed and looked after by staff at a cafe/restaurant before in my life, I was proper impressed.

I went to the grand opening of Delaney's and was treated to a well decorated, friendly and vibrant place. The food was lovely, I went in having never tried a savoury pancake or waffle and left with my views on them changed. Highly recommend the fried chicken waffle and the salted caramel apple american stack for dessert! Will most certainly be returning and looking forward to seeing Delaney's grow as an outstanding family owned and family friendly business!

Quirky design with fantastic food! My partner and I recently dined at Delaney’s and couldn’t have been happier! The place was fresh and quirky- a nice change to the usual standard restaurant decor! The service was outstanding and we received our food quickly! We went all out and had a milkshake, main and dessert each and were both extremely satisfied with the quality of food that was so reasonably priced! We will definitely be back soon!

I went with my partner for lunch and thought that the place was absolutely fantastic! The interior is delightful, the music was great, the atmosphere was great and the service and all the employees were fantastic. We spoke to the owners who made us feel very welcome. I ordered the south fried chicken crepe, as recommended, with some dirty fries on the side and it did not disappoint. It was delicious and well presented. The banana milkshake was superb and I can’t say anything wrong about the food, service or atmosphere. It’s definitely worth the trip and I will 100% be making the journey back there again.
