First time stopping here. Layby with food van. Really friendly and great service.
The food is amazing! Not your typical chum wagon, but, proper food, proper burgers. The likes of stuff that wouldn't be out of place in a posh pub menu/ restaurant menu. I'll definitely be stopping here again when I back this way! Cannot recommend enough

Fantastic amazing awesome packed burger, 100% recommend. Well cooked and polite service. I go out my way to have lunch here. Thoroughly recommend the all-in-one chicken, it's with sausages and bacon, great grill.👍

Could not be better. Quite possibly the best burger I have had at any establishment/restaurant. Hygiene perfect, everything homemade and fresh. I go 30 minutes out of my way there and back to go there weekly.

Amazing burger. Different from the usual roadside fare. Chose the belly and beef burger, cooked fresh on the bbq. Lovely smoked belly and gorgeous beefburger, loaded with fresh salad in a gorgous bun.
Will be stopping here whenever I'm in the area.

Grabbed a burger on a whim last night on the way home from the fireworks. It was late and I was being lazy and not expecting much.
I couldn't have been more wrong. Genuinely the best burger I've ever eaten in the UK. My only regret is I didn't get 2.

I have eaten many many burgers all over the world ! From trailer burgers to high class hotels and this was one of the best I ever had ! Will defo be back to try more. Nice friendly guy behind the grill ! 100% recommend yummy !!

We booked the Grill on the Wheel for a family jubilee event at the cricket club and I wouldn't hesitate in recommending Kris and Magda.
From the moment we got in touch, they were on the ball, punctual and proactive.
And, the burgers! Well, what can I say, everyone absolutely loved them! Delicious 😋 Freshly cooked, quality ingredients and very tasty!

Wow saved this place on the trucknav, amazing food. Had the belly&beef burger. Wow great burger great price too. And full after too. No cheap frozen burger neither. Nice couple manning the grill, And what a view too. please go try it out

Stopped at Grill on the Wheel this morning, straight away you can tell this is not your average greasy burger van, nice and clean and very well presented, and the food did not disapoint, it was amazing quality
I dont think I've had a better burger (they're homemade not the bulk-buy burgers you normally get) and the smoked sausage hot dog was crazy good, easily the best food I've ever had whilst on the road.
