I visited this store on Thursday 17th March at the Tesco in Royston, and the 2 ladies displayed the best customer service I have ever experienced in a costa.
Demi was so friendly kind and helpful with not just me but all the customers and she would share a joke and showed a genuine interest. Very personable.
She brought over our food and coffees and it seemed like we were the only customers. But everyone received this service.
5 stars amazing these staff are a credit to the company. I will definitely be returning
