Drive thru was closed. Had to queue a long time even though it was pretty empty inside. Staff were slow and the coffee tasted bitter. A shame as, although I'm not local, I'm a loyal Costa customer and I took a detour specifically to use their drive thru. Should've used the McDonald's down the road.
Visited the Costa gateway today. The staff were brilliant especially Natalia. They were so very busy and were still providing great customer service. Thank you very much.
Great Costa with excellent staff who go the extra mile. Quick service and as usual, the coffee was great. Drive thru used with no issues.
We live locally and we love our Costa coffee and we also love the fact that thier dog friendly, which means we can take our 2 in as well when we go, which is most days hb
I was just a customer here whiling my time. A visually impaired customer came in, was served and was supported to her table. Unfortunately she then accidentally knocked her drink and croissant off her table. The staff were absolutely lovely …
We popped in for a quick coffee on our way past and was met with the usual Costa options. The toilets, although one was out of order, were spotlessly clean and the coffee was as hot as it could have been without scalding the milk. Overall we were very pleased and refreshed. So much better than the arch’s down the road.
