I love going to Dunelm , but for coffee and a scone. Holly served us and although she appeared to be on her own she was very efficient. The coffee was hot, which I know connoisseurs will say is wrong , and coffee should always be tepid , but I don't agree. The scone was warmed too. Its a shame that the coffee cups have a round bottom and they saucers have a square recess , if you changed that then it would not spill when you put the cup on the saucer . There is a good selection of cakes ad savouries and some good deals available too . Great place to wait whilst your partner goes shopping . Free parking too .
Such helpful service when bought some rugs in store about 2 months ago. Was able to see all the rugs I was interested in in their dedicated rug display area and their colours/textures. So much easier than trying to choose online. Jeremy was particularly helpful and went beyond in helping us. We found three rugs we needed at a good price.
Great for household items at a fair price. Also has a very good and reasonably priced cafe. The cream tea is excellent and the staff are helpful and friendly.
It's a very good store it's quite big and considering they're very spread out along the south coast this one is great. If you went to every Dunelm along the south coast on a car journey gathering the same sample of wallpaper. You could easily do a whole room. It would only cost the petrol.
Went looking for internal design ideas to do up a guest bedroom.
Shop quite spacious and well stocked. Had a little cafe which looked pleasant, but I didn't go in.
Great choice of goods. Easy parking and easy access. Just wish they would stop ssking me for my email every time I make a purchase.

Very nice place, bought a rug for front room, curtains for bedroom, very pleased. Good shop to visit.
Standard Dunelm store. Light and well laid out. Clean and mostly tidy. Click and collect options work well. Plenty of free parking.
