A lovely setting right next to the nature reserve. There are amenities on site like a bar that provides entertainment if that’s your thing. Just outside the venue is the William the Conqueror pub and a little cafe that is open in the mornings, although not every day. Take a walk to the sea shore passing the Discovery centre to look at the many different birds and if you’re lucky you may see seals in the river. It’s ideal for a short break to get away from it all, lovely and peaceful.
Excellent place for the bird watchers and walkers. A car is needed to travel with ease.
Thank you for our 3 night break away, we will definitely be back!
Lovely site, in a peaceful part of Rye. ideal for dog families.
It's a caravan park. Fairly small. Restaurant expensive food not the best of quality. Our caravan was lovely
Beautiful park so quiet, friendly staff, we have already booked again
Although small, this park provided lasting memories for all. A small play park occupied most of the little ones and an arcade in addition to a pool table brought enjoyment to others of all ages. The local community, kind and welcoming, made this trip perfect.
The most prominent height of our trip had to be the pool. Only accommodating 8 people at a time may be a turn away from the pool but it allowed families to spend more time closer together in a unique way. Martin - the life guard - added the extra touch of enjoyment to our pool experiences!
I would highly recommend this park for people of all ages or interests.
I just love it here, my favourite place to get a little break away from home
As someone who travels to a lot of the park holidays sites, even though this site is small, it is one of my absolute favourites. The staff are amazing and always make time for their guests, Roxi the sole entertainer on site as absolutely amazing with the children, she always goes the extra mile. Even though the number of activities is limited, I will still happily bring all of my children here.
We love this place! Just rebooked as soon as we got home. The lodges are beautiful, comfortable and clean, the nature reserve and beach are on the doorstep as well as Rye Harbour itself with a great pub and cafe. Fascinating part of the world. The staff, David, Paige and all the crew in reception and in the restaurant bar are so friendly and welcoming as are those residents that own their lodges and caravans. This place is so dog friendly and so great for walks with your dog. Highly recommended for a peaceful and relaxing stay with a warm and friendly welcome. Rare birds, wild flowers on the beach, sunsets, miles of quiet and peaceful beach all right there on your doorstep.
What a place, its quiet, relaxing, family friendly, Fantastic holiday homes to rent ours was huge, new, outside decking areas so sit and eat at, ensuite bathrooms. Of a the places we have stayed this is the best. The amenities are great just what you need. Not like the big ones with huge arcades or loud evening events but small relaxed nights to chill out in, park for the younger kids, a small swimming pool but nice with just us in there. The location is the best we have been to, the walks just off the park go for miles along the coast through nature reserves. You are 1 hr from Dover, 30mins Hastings and 5mins from rye a with historic sites to visit, camber sands 10mins away, we took all the kids there for a day at the beach ⛱️ 😀 we would definitely come again.
