Stopped by to grab lunch before going to work. Waited 10 mins in the drive-thru before getting my order taken. Would have left but had a car in front and behind so wasn't able to leave. Simple order: #11 with no tomatoes and a large sweet tea. After another 6 mins, got to the window, paid my $10.61, got my tea and then was questioned as to whether or not I ordered a sandwich. WTH??? You too my money and I sure didn't pay that much for tea!! Waited another five mins and finally got my sandwich practically thrown at me with no bag, no napkins, or no apologies. It may cost a little more, but Jersey Mikes will be my preferred sandwich place from now on.

Great beef 8 in sandwich combo. The employees prepared the sandwich with just the right amount of added garnish for bringing out the taste and fullness for the sandwich. I SOMETIMES LIKE TO TELL THE PREPARERS HOW I WANT MY SANDWICH, but at JJ's their knowledge of a great beef sandwich is superior to mind. Great job. Will return again and tell my friends at the VA not to miss Jimmy Johns.

Ordered online. Got a call they didn't have delivery driver. Said we would pick up but to take off delivery fee and tip. Manager said he would do that and to come pick up. Sent my husband who got accused of trying to get sandwich for free since he didn't have a way to pay. I already paid online and was never told we had to pay again but now having to wait a week for charge to drop off. He lied and said I told him to void order, but my husband was sitting next to me when he called and heard me tell him just to remove tip and delivery fee. Very rude young kid who shouldn't be a manager and they can forget any future business from our family.

The staff is really slow. They don’t pay attention to what they’re doing. They don’t watch the drive thru window. I saw one girl literally brush food off the tables onto the floor and then wipe it down with a napkin. I didn’t notice the sanitation score, but it can’t be good. Drinks from the dispensers taste very bland, like they’re not changed regularly. Everyone seems to be very lazy. I will definitely never eat there again.

Man I really feel for these guys because I know they’ve been having issues getting delivery drivers and staying fully staffed, but they make amazing food so you know the people who are there care. Every sandwich (or unwich) I’ve gotten from this location has been amazing. Consistent quality, friendly drivers, and being one of the only decent fast food restaurants in town make them my go to in Salisbury.

We ordered only a sandwich and the cashier in the drive thru mumbled and took our card. We realized he was charging us for a combo and questioned it. He charged us for someone else’s order. They then said they would void it and give us the sandwich we ordered and the wrong sandwich, that we didn’t want or need. Then the story changed to they can’t void, so can we just pick chips & a drink for our correct sandwich. Whatever, we said okay and then were still given the sandwich we didn’t want. Don’t go here, they obviously cannot comprehend a simple sandwich order. We turned, around took everything back for a refund, and went across the street to Jersey Mike’s.

This place was awful. I only went there because Jersey Mike's was renovating. I never eat at JJ. Today is another reason why. The manager was rude. They failed to put my avocado on my #6 veggie sandwich. It was gross and to top it off, another customer that came in much later than me had a problem with this same manager. She even asked for a refund. Horrible experience. I stopped eating JJ when I found out the CEO was an animal hunter for sport, and would pay to kill large animals 🥺...it was all over the news years ago. For convenience, I stopped in there, but should have stayed with my commitment to not support this business. I will never do it again!!! 0 stars if I could👌🏽
