Fantastic Starbucks coffee shop. Clean and well presented and offering some great service and good advice. There is lots of room to sit down both upstairs and downstairs and plenty of comfortable chairs.
Toilets are clean and well looked after.
The coffee is very well made - definitely in the upper parts of the expected coffee spectrum you would expect.

Quality of food and drinks is always stellar, however service has been very slow on a number of occassions that I've been in there (even when it's not been very busy) but as music, atmosphere and friendly staff go - this is one of my favourites to visit.

Good seating ....up stairs toilets out of order...had to go up to flights to find thus out .mm so lucky down stairs is a disabled toilet

Nice refurb., But still looks a bit scruffy. Quick service. I find the coffee a bit weaker here than alternate coffee shops in town.

The drinks were fantastic, like.. best drinks I've ever had. But the staff? Lighten up, at least look at us when we order a drink.

Great staff who always have a smile.
The atmosphere is warm and welcoming but the décor is a little tired.
Staff always remember my order before I hit the bar which is always a bonus.
