In the queue at 10:50 and reached the till at 11:01 to be refused breakfast order. If this is the way it operates an announcement needs to be made to let queuing customers know their order will be refused.
Nothing could ever be too much trouble for Mathew, provides an A* service with an infectious smile every time. Always a wide range of options whenever I come in and reasonably priced. Staff are always so kind and helpful in particularly Mathew

Do greggs not have managers anymore? At sandbach you wait in a 10 minute queue to be told they have nothing in, regardless of the time of day, availability is beyond terrible, Sandbach is by far the worst greggs ive ever been, just unfortunate it is the only local store
Brad was a one man army this morning rushing around serving a large morning rush. He was managing the counter orders making the food and drinks and even sorting the oven out. He could have done with some help really but performed really well and polite
