We had 2 very good (regular size) haddock and nice crisp chips here this weekend and really enjoyed them. Lovely crisp batter, nicely cooked fish - done to order in beef dripping - not greasy. Not cheap, but definitely worth it because it was a proper job. Well done! And crunchy scraps offered to every customer!
