I've reviewed St Nicholas cafe before, but another review wont do any harm. My favourite cafe in Scarborough. Don't expect fancy food, but what is on offer are sandwiches, toasties, sometimes soup, also various cakes & snacks. Good coffee, teas, milkshakes & soft drinks. The proprietors, Ellie, Terry & Albert offer excellent service, & some of the nicest people I know, at least to the extent I do. They also have the best view in Scarborough. Situated between the Grand hotel & the Spa bridge overlooking the south bay.

Really cool cafe 🍽️ I think it's made from a old tram lift. The folks in there were nice and up for a bit of banter. Limited menu options but that suited me and the food was great and a lovely brew with a great view. Nice one

Popped in for a small bite so I could take my medication. Food was delicious, staff was friendly and welcoming and the view was beautiful. Will make this cafe a regular lunch stop from now on.
