Great Welcome! Nice comfy waiting area then straight to the tables with food. Food was lovely and freshly cooked by the chef Chris who had a chat with us during our time there. 5* Great atmosphere. From Teeside but will be revisiting in 2 weeks for work.

Had a lovely evening just us two. Food was amazing, recommend the meat meze. Delicious piping hot, and a great chat with Chris the owner/chef. Going back soon. Very highly recommended. Five star.

Me and my partner visited on Valentine’s Day and had a lovely experience. A complimentary prosecco and peroni on arrival and a rose at the table. Both mains were excellent and really good portions. The chef came out and spoke to people in the restaurant which was a lovely and personal touch. Would 100% recommend and will definitely be going back soon!

Friendly chef! Good food.. we had veg food- it was tasty. Veg mosaka, spaghetti and on side feta bake with salad and pita with delicious hummus

We booked at The Stables on Saturday evening 27th for a party of five plus baby and had a wonderful time, the owner is such a genuine lovely person who is also the chef and cooks from the heart.
Food was absolutely amazing and well presented could not fault a thing.
This place needs the customers back after such a difficult period during Covid.
Will definitely call again to enjoy the food and company of the owner.

Visited this Gem of a place again last night.
Food and service is excellent with a holiday like atmosphere. If you fancy something a bit different then please go and support this restaurant. Like a lot of places they are not as busy post COVID and could do with a bit of local support. Again ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️from us

Can't believe I've never been before... This restaurant has such a lovely authentic feel to it. The Souvlaki was delicious. All the staff were fabulous and Chris took the time to have a chat with us and made us feel very welcome. Will definitely be back soon! Can't think of a bad thing to say.

Went for my mums birthday as a surprise. The front of house staff went above and beyond for us all and made my mum feel really special. They were also amazing with my 8 year old son giving him colouring books, pencils and generally treating him like one of their own. The chef also came out to see us and wish my mum a happy birthday. So many personal touches. The food was exquisite. We will definitely be going again

We booked for a party of 16 and the staff were excellent, really organized and thorough. Food was fantastic and the chef came out to speak with us which was brilliant, real passion for quality which shone through.
It's a small restaurant but we'll worth a visit. Highly recommend the Chicken Souvlaki 😍 and a Mythos beer.
