Always have a lovely dining experience here. Gluten-free toast is lovely, and you get lots of it which is nice (does come at a 90p surcharge though). Beautiful food, although wish there was more gluten-free veggie options than just a salad or mushroom risotto. Would recommend having a side of pomme frites as these are delicious! Parking is available there at the co-op which is next to it, you just have to tell the staff and they will keep a note of your reg plate.

I went there for Christmas around 4:00pm with around 11 other guests. We were sat promptly by quick and friendly servers, who took our drinks orders and looked after us all evening. My family and I have come to this restaurant a few times in the past and the food has always been exceptional. I had the salmon for my starter and the seabass for my main. Both dishes were delicious and I finished them eagerly. A few of my family members had the duck for their main and felt it was a little redder than they would have liked, but that comes down to personal preference, and I would have been ecstatic to receive the duck as it was cooked! 10/10, 5*/5*, would highly recommend to everyone! I'm sure we will be visiting again. I'd also like to give a big thank you to the two waitresses who looked after us! I didn't catch their names, but they were working down stairs on Christmas day, so I hope the manager sees this and let's them know how pleased we were.

It's a little noisy when it's busy but the food choices are good. Remember to give a note of your car reg onto their computer or else you will get a fine from the car park! There's an early bird deal which seems very popular. Its always a fall back when we fancy a meal out where you can dress up a little if you want. But we do always book. Get on the mailing list. The food was lovely and we appreciated the special offer of a free carafe of rosé. We had the Prix Fixe lunch menu which was excellent value for either 2 or 3 courses. It included sustainably sourced hake and a vegetarian option. However vegan diners would struggle as options are very limited. The service was speedy, and staff were helpful. Menus could be far more informative - I had to check about every dish for dairy content, which the staff willingly did, and even went out to buy soya milk for my tea 😃
