Had a fab Harry Potter experience at the steel cauldron. Breakfast with owls! Fantastic indoor display followed by a lovely breakfast and photo opportunities. All in an amazing setting.

Amazing morning potion bottle making. Kids loved it. The venue is brilliantly decorated in the wizards theme and nice little gift shop. Will definitely return.

A group of 8 of us visited today and it was such a treat for both children and grown ups! Staff were lovely and really accommodating and we even got to meet one of the owls. Kids are already asking when we can go back. Definitely worth a visit

An incredible afternoon making special memories with my owl-loving 84 year old Mum. The Flying Squadron display led by Amy were exceptional. Have never had an experience like it. The four owls fling directly over our tables, perching on the backs of empty chairs, landing to eat on our tables when instructed to do so. Each of the beautiful creatures were breathtaking and the knowledge and delivery of the event was incredible. Wheelchair access and facilities made this possible. Going back for a breakfast slot soon with a bird loving friend. Venue fantastic. Staff absolutely lovely, service great.

Had a great kids birthday party today making wands. My daughter and kids really enjoyed themselves

Took my daughter and 6 friends for her 10th birthday to the owl experience and was amazed with the display of owls which was great and had the girls attention for the best part of an hour! The theme and decoration were brilliant and the girls loved the food! Would highly recommend!

What an amazing place. We booked for the owl experience and it was amazing! Seeing the owls so close up and hearing about them frome there owner was fantastic. We even got to hold a stick insect! The staff are so nice, I will be booking to go again and will be trying one of the crafts. I would highly recommend the steel cauldron, its amazing 🧙🦉

We had a great time today. I took my mum for afternoon tea and my sister and her partner came too. We tried all of the adult afternoon tea and the food was all amazing. They were really helpful in making small changes to the food to enable us to enjoy it fully. The food was delicious and we went home very full with boxes of left overs. The presentation was brilliant and the whole experience was wonderful. I was the only Harry Potter lover in the group but everyone enjoyed it. We saw owls and stick insects and everyone enjoyed seeing them. They were happy to answer questions and checked that everyone was happy before coming over. With or without kids I would definitely recommend.

Staff were lovely and the owl experience was great. Totally held the attention of a 2 Yr old and a 4.5 year old as well as the grown ups. Tea was very nicely presented and thoughtfully put together. Good fun

This was, by far, the best afternoon tea experience we've ever had. The food was impeccable, as was the service and surroundings.
The staff went out of their way to be helpful. Our daughter had bought us a Groupon voucher, and we're so glad she did. The whole place is immaculately themed with broomsticks, spiders, and countless other black magic items and ephemera.
