Great healthy fresh food and friendly staff. Love this place. Its nice to know that when you've finished your morning workout, you can refuel with a nutritious and delicious breakfast. The new winter menu is great. I especially like the new veggie sausage and beans breakfast.

I have been frequenting this restaurant since the day it opened and I have seen the guys go from strength to strength with their menus. The service is great and the food is fantastic (Try the thai curry with rice, perfect!) The menus are changed regularly which keeps me coming back, but keeping the more popular dishes like the thai curry is a great idea, and I always walk out full! Perfect take away business, keep up the good work Nourish!
