The Hide

My first visit to this coffee shop and I was impressed. Cappuccino hot, plenty of silky froth in ideal size cup, just like in Italy. Sheffield is limited for good coffee bars and this one is on my top three. Other good things about this coffee bar are that it is warm, comfortable and you’ll not be troubled by loud music. And guess what, they accept card and cash!

We recently had our wedding reception at the Hide!..It has been the best decision we have made! Absolutely amazing from start to finish.. It’s so unique, and full of character there really is nowhere like this in Sheffield! The Hide was exactly what we were looking for and it delivered in bucket loads.. Trudi & Justine were on hand whenever you needed them, The food they serve from their vans which are situated inside the Hide were exceptional! All the guests commented on how lovely the food was and that they’d never been to a wedding quite like this before! canapés on arrival then we had curry for main meal, then gourmet hot dogs served to our night guests.. so tasty and different from other weddings we’ve been too! The whole day ran like clockwork Trudi and Justine are amazing at what they do! Nothing is to much trouble they worked so hard to deliver our perfect day! We can’t thank them enough for letting us have happiest day of our lives in their fantastic space..The hide the hidden gem of Sheffield nothing comes close to this amazing venue!

I have to be honest wasn't sure about this venue when my daughter said she would like her wedding reception here but it was wonderful. Trudi and Justine are brilliant hosts, food was different and really good and they were totally aware of any food allergies They were very well organised and in sync with what the bride and groom wanted. I would definitely recommend it.

We had our wedding reception at The Hide in April 2022. Trudi and Justine made our lives so easy. The planning process was completely stress free. They constantly offered their expertise and advice which was a massive help. The venue is simply stunning and unique - you do not need to add anything as it is already stylish but there is room to add your own touches as well. We requested an all vegan menu which was delicious (even the non-vegan guests were very impressed - the evening hotdogs went down a treat) and the drinks were also great. The staff are so friendly and overall the whole reception had such positive party energy which wouldn't have been possible without Trudi, Justine and everyone at The Hide.
