Can't express how much I love Gaard. The food, the overall vibe, and the staff are incredible. My boyfriend (who isn't plant-based) and I (plant-based) go a lot, and he says he prefers this food to meat.
The staff always take the time to chat to you, and the fact that it is dog-friendly make it 1000X better. We took our cockapoo, who was a bit restless, and they didn't bat an eyelid. They just stroked him and said it's okay.
Would suggest this place to anyone and everyone. :)
Pricey but delicious. The muffin is a tad small so bought a sausage roll additionally. But yes, plant based and very, very tasty. Interior is pleasant as were the staff and other customers.
Friendly staff delicious good, good for a brunch spot. Coffee and tea was flavoursome and the space is pleasant to sit in.We liked the selection of cakes and if we'd been visiting later in the day some of the hot food also looked excellent as late lunch.

Indoor and some outdoor seating, in beautifully styled surroundings. Great cafe, predominantly serving vegan food but not entirely. Non vegan items are marked on the menu. It has a relaxed atmosphere, friendly laid back staff. They bake their own bread in house too which is nice.
There are also gluten free options for cake and meals and the servers were knowledgable about the menu. Very friendly and helpful.
We just had coffee and cakes on this vist but would definitely go back to try other food.
Lovely coffee and delightful staff. It always lifts your spirits when you get a lively coffee and the flat whites here are lovely!
We sat outside in the yard which is nice and for once its not raining!
