The menu is quite extensive so it took us a few minutes to order 🤣
We liked the fact that you can see pictures of all the items but on another hand, there is no description of the items so you kind of have to guess what it comes with or ask the staff.
🍫We ordered the pistachio waffle and the brownie tower.
The waffle was warm and tasted fresh and we devoured it within seconds 😁
The brownie tower was nice but we found it too heavy after a few spoonfuls and couldn't finish it.
Friendly staff and the service was quick.

Excellent customer service! Was a pleasure to visit. I was on my own and only spent £2.50 but was treated like a king.. no wonder others close and this one is still running. Kudos to the team!

I came to Rassams earlier today with my family and I am absolutely delighted with the service we received. I would like to give a special thank you to Nihar who deserves recognition for the amazing customer service he showed. He checked up on us several times during our visit to make sure that we had everything we needed. He was overall very friendly and patient with us, and we felt very welcomed. I would definitely recommend this place as the staff are so kind and helpful! :)

Really nice and delicious food! There are so many options and all of them are really good! I ordered a freak shake which was huge but a really good value for money at only £10 for ice cream, candy floss, 2 cake slices and a milkshake. Would definitely recommend!

The desserts tasted so good and fresh! The service was 10/10, we was a group of 20 and our waiters (in particularly Mohammed rafiq) made us feel so welcomed and went above and beyond for us all!

I had a great Experience here. The quality, hygiene and customer service was so excellent. A staff named Aravind was so nice in his service, he explained well about the special items there.

Rassams creamery is a lovely place for absolutely anyone. They always strive to better their customer service and everything in general. No one's perfect we all make mistakes e.t.c but it's important to learn and improve. Some of the reviews are either snow flakes or trolls. Please be aware, until you try it yourself then you'll know.

Ordered an Oreo waffle and white chocolate and strawberry waffle. Service is lovely, staff are super friendly and smiley, great prices at £5.99 for those waffles, upgraded menu which is much easier to read. Water was brought with out asking and quick service, Love coming here.
