We had a birthday celebration at Chuck E. Cheese in Muscle Shoals. From the moment of our arrival, we were made to feel like VIP's! Our hostess, Sam, was defintely THE Hostess with the Mostest! She was very attentive and did a fantastic job! All of the kids had a great time, and the adults also felt welcomed. As the party mom, I felt like I didnt have to lift a finger. Also, (for those who are wondering), Sam was great at describing all of the extra precautions being taken for virus concerns. PS. this location has recently been renovated, and it's really nice! Thank you to lovely Sam, and all the staff at Muscle Shoals CEC! We had a super fun party, worth every penny!

We love chuckecheese. The staff is always nice and understanding that my kids are.... kids.. and kids make messes. There are never more than 2 games down at a time, staff is always very attentive. We even decided to have a birthday party here, and absolutely loved it. The General Manager made it one to remember for our little guy. She made sure everything went smoothly, even though there were 3 other parties that day. The little details made the biggest difference in our business there. We will definitely return to this facility every chance we get!

Loved to enjoy pizza, seeing the entertainment on stage & seeing the games for me & my brother, although the mechanic characters on stage weren't working that day.

The service was great. The place was clean. Our food was great. They need more games though. I have lived in Texas and Tennessee and this is by far the smallest Chuck E Cheese I have ever been to. My 9, 5, and 1.5 year olds had a good time though.

Their upgrade was a waste, over half the games were out of order, or broke down after or while we were playing. It still gives you tickets instead of going on the cards like in Decatur. Wasn't much help either, one girl was very nice the other was rude.
