I placed an online order with the intention of walking in to pick up the order, but had to go through the drive-thru as the lobby wasn't open. Although I understand staffing issues, it would be nice to at least have enough access to a portion of the lobby for pick up. The order was fresh and correct.

I ordered the 33 10 pcs meal which it’s 30 in Amherst and this is what my mashed potato I get what a rip off ….. will not be back and will make the drive from Avon to Amherst to get next time .

This KFC I generally go to at lunchtime, so the foods is hot and most of the time pretty good. Once in awhile they forget to give you napkins at the drive thru which is puzzling to me when you're eating chicken that's going to have grease on it.
The wait is not so long when they don't have the pieces you want they generally give you something else that you might like. The customer service is fine just don't forget the napkins

I have to say I don't expect much from fast food. Without being rude, I realize it's pretty much a thankless job. But it's a job, and if it's your job you should be doing your best. That's how jobs work. No one at this location is doing this. The first thing I noticed was the floor. So greasy in the customer area there will be a slip and fall situation if there hasn't already. It's a sad sight inside. This was my first and last visit. If I had to guess I'd say there are 20 tables inside. 2 were in use, 2 were available for use and the rest were filthy with food on them, food on the floor. It looked like the aftermath of a high school food fight scene out of a movie. There were 8 customers in front of me, all have already ordered and were waiting. None of them were impressed. It was a 20 minute wait. I did not receive all of my order and I didn't check it before I left. I was just happy to leave. An 8 piece meal with 2 mashed potatoes and gravy, Cole slaw and biscuits. $20. Good deal. When I arrived home and started setting up, I had a 6 piece bucket with 1 mashed potatoes, no gravy. I did get the Cole slaw and biscuits. I did not drive back, I ignored all of the red flags and gave it a fair shot anyway. When I placed my order I asked for honey for the biscuits, and the girl said yes you can have that, just ask for it when they bring your food up. Maybe that's ok I dunno but it seemed pretty weird to me. Of the 7 or 8 employees, 2 were literally just standing there the entire time I was there. Another was furiously wiping the same 3 feet of counter space right in front of him and 2 walked outside several times for no apparent reason. I know this is a long story but it's amazing the things you notice in 20 minutes. Basically there was no sense of urgency amongst the staff, no one gave an ish and it showed. If you're really in the mood for some KFC, open up your Google Maps and find the next nearest location, go on and skip this one.

Only gave 1 star so I could leave a review, deserves 0. All the lights on inside including kitchen lights and equipment, had a long of cars waiting for 20+ minutes with absolutely no answer from anyone at the “order box” nor on the phone when you call. Every time I try to come here it’s a terrible experience. Worst kfc location, wish there was one closer 😅

Placed an order online for pick up. The email gave indepth directions to park and walk in to get my order. When I showed up and parked to walk in the doors were locked. I had to go through the drive thru to pick up. The line for the drive thru was a 25 minute wait. When I got to the order window they told me my order was pulled bc the pick up time was 30 minutes ago...very disappointing because I had two hungry kids at home waiting.

Sat in line for 40 minutes for them to serve everyone in front of me I got in the drive thu at 7:20 and waited just to get to the speaker 40 minutes later to get told sorry we’re closed after they served every car in front of me

Terrible service. Forgot an entire meal of ours (we only ordered two meals and an extra entree). Unfortunately we didn’t realize until we had already made it home. We didn’t have time to go back to have them fix it because we both had conference calls so instead requested a refund which we were refused. The young lady who helped us at the drive thru window was so kind but her manager was absolute garbage. He was so rude when he took our order and then we heard him screaming at her when she was on the phone with us when we requested the refund. He refused to take the phone call and handle the situation himself and instead hid behind his employee the whole time. Requested a follow-up from the website and corporate hotline and never heard back even after providing time, date and order information directly from the receipt. We absolutely will not be back here or further patronize KFC after this experience.
