Quaker Steak & Lube

Honestly, I'm surprised this place is still open. I used to love this place. They still have some of the best wings around (pricing has skyrocketed however) but everything else has completely lost all of it's quality. The service was pretty shoddy. The magna fries appetizer was an abomination of what it once was (see photo). Just overall not happy with much of anything I've experienced the past 3 times I've gone here and it's truly upsetting because I once LOVED this place.

Tonight, 6/3/22, the staff was excellent. The young lady working as hostess was very sweet and she kept busy between seating customers. Our waitress, Niki, was also great! She kept our drinks full without us having to ask! The other waitress working in our area also seemed attentive and the bus boy was quick when a table cleared! Great job everyone keep up the good work!

Not sure how all of these 5 star reviews in the past week had such great service and ours was so lackluster. Must be takeout/delivery service that is going so much better than dine-in. The fries came out cold and hard and the drinks came out incorrect or incomplete (first drink didn’t come as pictured and the waitress said after I asked “Oh ya the bartender wanted me to tell you we are out of that garnish” but offered no other alternative or apology or for me to switch my drink; second drink was a margarita which she asked me if I wanted salt on and I said no but then brought it out with salt). The wings were the only good part but they are outrageously priced and nickel and dime you for everything. It was $16 for 10 wings and an extra $1 to split to two sauces plus an extra charge for Ranch). We live local but will be going to Mulligans for wings in the future to support a local business that is trying to provide good service to the community at a reasonable price.

I went to this Quaker location a week or so ago and I had Kate as a server. She was AMAZING!!! She was happy to help and super down to explain the menu and all the fan favorites. She was polite and enthusiastic!! I would definitely come back to this location!! 5 STARS ACROSS THE BOARD✨✨ thank you Kate for an amazing experience way better than sandusky Quaker

Good food and service.... Always worth a stop in Avon Ohio on your way to Cleveland browns cavaliers or Tribe game! The sauces are homemade and are very delicious... chicken has always been on point...a little bit pricey but not bad....I'd you like BW'S...I think is overrated....you will love Quaker way better food and if you love racing it's will worth

Ordered takeout and used the to go window. As usual the food was fantastic and the employee Kayla (she's a GREAT asset) to your team went above and beyond as far as service to make sure I had everything that was ordered! These day's that's hard to come by and for that reason I'll continue to be a repeat customer!
