Arby's

I went to arbys today. They gave me crumbs as fries. They put an actual fry in my daughters chicken tenders and she’s allergic, If I hadn’t caught that something devastating could have happened. I got honey mustard and it was hot, when I ate it my mouth felt like it was on fire, literally. Worst of all there ice has been changed and I’m just over all disappointed in my experience. Oh can’t forget I got cheese and they gave me enough just for my crumby “fry”.

As far as fast food goes, I think Arby's is near the top of the pack. The curly fries are great and they have good variety in their menu. As of late, I've been loving the spicy fish sandwich. It's actually spicy with cayenne pepper and fresh jalapenos. The fish is light and crunchy and it has great balance. I find myself craving it all the time. Please keep it on the menu, Arby's!

I ordered a King"s Hawaiian fish sandwich. I'm not a fan of lettuce and tomato on my sandwich, so I asked for it to be made without - cheese and extra tarter only. Asked for Jalapeno Bites - we're out. Asked for a apple turnover or cherry - we're out because we close at 8PM - it was 7:50PM (google search says 1AM close - which I checked before I went, and window sticker at drive-thru shows 11PM). Said "hello, how are you?" to the girl at the window - nothing. I live 2 minutes from this store. When I took out my sandwich, there was no nice folded wrapping around it. The paper was balled up like a baseball around it. The sandwich itself was a mess. Instead of being stacked, it was in three different smashed layers. Yes I asked for extra tarter sauce, but who emptied the entire container on this "sandwich"?. And the crowning issue? An obvious thumb print indentation in the center of the bun that went all the way through the sandwich. I had to eat it with a knife and fork on a plate because I wasn't able to pick it up without it falling apart. You lost my business. I have 5 other different places to pick from adjacent to you. Your employees obviously don't care about your product or their customers. I only gave you a 1 star because I had to check something.

Website and a Google say 10am, yet I go there and woman states they open at 11am. Wasted gas, wasted time... All due to franchisee not properly managing his/her business. Hope it closes... Never returning to this time wasting Arby's location. Went to the Sheetz next door instead since at least they open when they say they will be.
