Cajun's Seafood

Cajun's Seafood on Jackson Hwy in Sheffield Alabama has been around for a long time. They are one of my favorites because they serve fresh oysters on the half shell. Cajun's also offers many other selections of fish, seafood, steaks, and pork chops. Cajun's is a laid back place that a group can get a good meal, ice cold beer, and enjoy some socializing.

I went to Cajuns for a truly nice meal with my husband and was very disappointed in the food that we ordered was Cajuns sea food platter and it was the worst I've ever had anywhere, the fish was very thin and the whole platter had no taste, frog legs was all breading, coleslaw had no taste at all, hushpuppys were store bought, the whole meal was over priced and we used to enjoy going to Cajuns for a good meal, this time we were very disappointed in the food and price . 63.00 for the worst meal ever. Won't be back again.

I have never ate at this restaurant but I would like to share an experience that I had at the place of business my name is Jeff and I had a vehicle accident in front of the place and it was cold outside and after the police and the fire department and rescue squad and tow truck left and I was waiting for a ride to come from Russellville to pick me up the people working there owners and/or staff whatever customers took me inside where it was warm and got me hot coffee and made me feel welcome and right at home when I wasn't feeling very good at all and I just want to thank everyone of them very much for the kindness and hospitality they showed to a total stranger we need more people like that in the world today and I want to thank the Sheffield police department and the fire department and rescue squad and everyone who was there that day.
