Chop & Wok

Came here for first time.had the noodles with tiger prawns and Malay sauce/gravy. It was really good.fresh and piping hot with a tangy flavour.They do a selection of sauces with different flavours and intensity. Also the portion is quite generous and prices very reasonable. Would definitely come again to try other items off the menu

Crispy Chicken Kung Po Box & Chicken Salt and Pepper Box. Kung Po could've done with more of a sauce profile but I believe you can add-on more sauce at an additional cost, lacked in any spice. Although I found the chicken was brilliant, moist and coated inside the noodles. Salt and Pepper was great, this carried more moisture I found and better flavour than the Kung Po. Great spot, great cleanliness, great taste.

Years ago me and my wife were regulars at the shirley branch...we eventually saw that branch dissolving, the good staff were disappearing, food quality was poor and service began to suffer. So we stopped going. A few months back i bumped into one of the old chefs, we had a chat and he explained a new Hall Green branch had been set up. Me and the wife decided to pay a visit on 26.06.21... it was a nice experience to reminiscence as we genuinely missed chop n wok flavours. I have been a fan of Ramen for ages and finally seeing a halal option of ramen i decided to give it ago. I gave my honest opinion to chef in which as before he always welcomed feedback, good or bad. The wife went for the chicken noodle pot Malaysian flavour...she was smiling at every bite. We will be definitely visting this place more often, as its great for a quick fix and is satisfying when you want something hot, fresh and flavoursome.

Excellent food and service, Hall Green Chop and Wok is the best branch out of all of them. I used to go to the one in Shirley but stopped as it was not that good but the one in Hall Green is the one. New Management and the food is seriously very good, it's fresh and always hot. Highly recommend this branch, you won't be disappointed.

Great food and great price. Second time we came here to get food. Prices of food is reasonable. All food is cooked fresh from what I've seen and is full of flavour. I personally like the seafood platter and the fiery prawns in rice. Both are very nice and the rice dish has a nice spice to it. Would definitely come back here again. Only reason I haven't given the 5 stars is because I have done a sit in but don't let that effect a judgement
