Katie makes amazing drinks! Gave me advice on my headaches and made me a tasty decaf version, She's my favourite batista! Not so keen on the others. Allows dogs inside, got toilets, pistachio mousse cake is delicious too

Having only popped in due to a sudden dizzy spell, the young lady behind the counter(, seeing I wasn't well,) poured and handed me a glass of water, and said to take a seat, she'd bring over my order. She even went as far to ask if she could get me anything else, and to just say if I needed any help. I'm pleasantly surprised by this wonderful level of service. Especially as all previous visits have been met with staff chatting away to one another, and barely acknowledging that customers exsist. I hope the young lady that served me is rewarded in the next staff meeting. I wish her all the best for the future.
