Katie makes amazing drinks! Gave me advice on my headaches and made me a tasty decaf version, She's my favourite batista! Not so keen on the others. Allows dogs inside, got toilets, pistachio mousse cake is delicious too

Having only popped in due to a sudden dizzy spell, the young lady behind the counter(, seeing I wasn't well,) poured and handed me a glass of water, and said to take a seat, she'd bring over my order. She even went as far to ask if she could get me anything else, and to just say if I needed any help. I'm pleasantly surprised by this wonderful level of service. Especially as all previous visits have been met with staff chatting away to one another, and barely acknowledging that customers exsist.
I hope the young lady that served me is rewarded in the next staff meeting. I wish her all the best for the future.

Love Cafe Neros It’s always busy here but sadly the staff don’t stay long They work hard but maybe this should be looked into why they’re leaving especially when they’re so busy The leaking roof doesn’t look good and needs attention!! Maybe the Area manager needs to get more staff in here

Xmas shopping in Shrewsbury always has to include a coffee stop....and this is a great place to sit down, refuel, and tick items off your presents list. Staff are friendly and helpful, and the coffee is good, and there is a good selection of cakes. I would recommend the luxury mince pie and the chocolate filled doughnut ting with chopped hazelnut topping. I'm not so sure about the large wooden table and chairs (it's a bit like sitting at a school dinner table), but there are ample smaller tables too. The loos are well maintained too.

I was quickly served and the drink was made speedily and to a high standard. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The atmosphere in the cafe was calm and relaxing, with it being very easy to chat with other customers. I would recommend a visit.
