Booked a couple of weeks ago for a group of 10-12 for tonight. Quick and easy to do, and didn't mind that we had a couple of cancellations last minute. Service was great,food was lovely, and was when coming to splitting the bill, no fuss!

We had a lovely time with my husband and children, the atmosphere was perfect for visiting with young children. The food was delicious and the staff was very welcoming and always looking after us, even the manager had time to give us some recommendations that we really appreciated.
I've been going here for years, and the food is always great quality. It's even better that I can get a discount thanks to employee benefits from My Staff Shop! The staff were great today. I thought they were really good anyway, but then, after getting my daughter's order wrong, they fixed it by letting her keep the wrong pizza and make her the correct one too, which was great because she was hungry!
The food was lovely and the service was quick and the food arrived nice and hot. Would definitely go again.
Lovely place to eat, prices are reasonable and you can get some good offers if you download the app. Food was amazing, service was a little slow at times when we needed our table clearing. Could also do with more options of Ciders like Old Mout or Rekorderlig as there wasn’t much choice.
Besides them little things we had a pleasant experience and the staff were very nice. Will definitely return when we’re next in Shrewsbury 😊
Fantastic food and service, lots of Vegan options, great place to visit
Visited for Monday lunch. Booked a table - no need, the place was deserted. Only 5 other customers on 2 tables who all finished and left while we were eating.
Food: Calabrese pizza tasted good but was warm rather than hot. Salad nicoise had plenty of fish, but the egg was brought out late as "it wasn't ready" (?). How did the chef manage to mess both up when there were no other customers to serve?
Waitress: She was lovely, clearly trying to do her best, so I give her 5/5 even though her chef let her down.
Scored low for atmosphere as it's a big venue, empty on a Monday...
Lovely meal here, staff looked after us and the food was delicious, just one concern, there's no hot water or soap in the women's toilets, there wasn't last time we had a meal here, I had hand sanitizer in my bag so I managed but there's a lot of finger food and you should be able to wash your hands in hot water with soap, I would call it the basics, when I mentioned to the young girl she said it was head office cut backs, well I think thats appalling. Apart from that food was delicious 😋.
Popped in one lunchtime. Everyone wearing masks and using hand sanitizer after each serving. Staff were friendly and helpful, and..... the food was delicious 😋
