Percy Throwers

This is one place we love to visit not only for the staff who are always pleasant and helpful and so professional but the whole experience in itself is one that lifts us up. There is so much to see inside and out and the products are always of top quality Blue Dimond should appreciate the staff and how great they are. But I have to highly compliment the staff at the restaurant always friendly and helpful and the food is always to a high standard and so well presented. Well done to the management and to all the staff but Gillian, Susanne and to everyone your all amazing.

Couldn't fault customer service. We returned a faulty product which we purchased a year ago. The staff were very pleasent and helpful in sorting things out. We used our refund to purchase other large items to be delivered and again the staff in the plant department were very helpful and nothing was too much trouble.

Another lovely trip to Percy Throwers. We arrived later than planned, so we headed straight to the restaurant. There was still full availability of food, and it arrived quite quickly. The restaurant was busy, but there were still tables available. The food was very nice, we had a jacket potato with tuna, and a Ceaser salad plus a naughty piece of carrot cake between us. The mochas weren't the nicest, which is unusual. There were some really good bargains in the vegetable plant section.
