Brunch @catspjscoffee in Shrewsbury ✨️ 🐈 Big Beets & Goat's Cheese Whipped goat's cheese, beetroot, orange, beetroot hummus, olive oil, balsamic syrup, roasted walnuts, sourdough toast (I added on a poached egg) 😻 The B.E.L.T.A.A Oak smoked streaky bacon, soft boiled egg, lettuce, cherry tomatoes, avocado, aioli, chilli flakes, sourdough bread 🐈 Redberry & Rose Latte and a Cappuccino I shall pop their menu in my stories. Every item on there sounds absolutely beautiful 😍 👏🏼

I have been here a couple of times for breakfast and lunch, and the food has been amazing. The food selection is great, local produce. They also do a really good Dirty Chai Latte, which is my absolute favourite. Highly recommend!

Split a pot of tea and cake here as we were going to have a really big dinner. The interior is really bright and inviting even on a rainy day. This place is dog-friendly so we got to watch a very cute dog while enjoying our tea and cake. The cake we had was vegan with a raspberry and rose flavoured buttercream. The texture and taste was impressive for a vegan option - the buttercream was almost like marshmallow. It’s a little pricy but service is attentive and friendly. Loved the use of real plants here. Would come back again if i was in the area.
