The Billet is a nice friendly pub. Food is cheap and regularly use this pub. Never had problem with customer service or food. If eating staff will always come and ask if everything is ok. Cannot wait for festive meal.

Took our granddaughter there for after school meal, a drink, a meal, and pudding for 3 for under £60 and the quality of the produce used was excellent, very attentive bar and serving staff. Because.e busy for mid week so you can tell its good all the time. We'll done.

Several years ago before the Covid pandemic, we used to visit the Billet quite often, Sadly, the behaviour of some fellow customers and the failure of the management to do anything about it put us off.
Last week we thought we might give the place another try. That was OK so we tried again this week. OK again and the drinks are cheaper than the other places we go around the Sittingbourne area.
There is a small problem in that they don't have enough staff so service can be slow but other than that, not a bad pub to visit.

Great service, the staff were very attentive and polite.
The food was fantastic with generous portions. It’s nice to see a change to the normal things you see on a pub menu whilst still retaining the classics.

I booked a table tonight for 7 people, all fussy eaters but nothing was too much trouble to cater for them. All meals cooked perfectly to their liking. Our first visit was outstanding and will definitely be returning. Thank you

Been coming here for 9 years now. Super friendly owners and staff. Good pub grub and the menu changes fairly frequently so you can’t get bored.
They recently went above and beyond for our football team, hosting our presentation evening, laying out a full spread and setting up the karaoke.
Can’t sing enough praises of this place. The go to pub in Sittingbourne for everyone I know

Often come here to watch the football. The staff are really nice and food is always good, for good prices too. Cannot fault the service. Have been going here for years with my mates and will continue to return.
HOWEVER, the only thing that lets it down for me, is the men's toilets. Smells like it doesn't get cleaned and the floor is very sticky. Feel like I smell each time I come out of there. Desperately needs fixing in my opinion.
