Average Costa shop on the main road through Knowle. Little on the small side. Staff and coffee excellent as usual. Small selection of hot and cold sandwiches and wraps, and a selection of cakes.

Staff are a credit to Costa.Always friendly and professional and will go above and beyond to provide a professional service.And they know how to make a good coffee unlike some of the other Costa coffee shops.
One big negative thing is the place is looking tired and needs a complete refurbishment.Costa need to invest some of their profits back into Knowle coffee shop.

However, sofa close to lamp and carpet around are dirty and needs to be replaced. Hence only 4*.

Love my morning coffee from there, Aime and Maisie are very pleasant. Coffee is always up to standard, fast and efficient service.

Always friendly staff, clean, easy to park plus Costa serves allergy friendly food and drink with ought charging extra for alternative plant based milks and allergy cakes are the same price as other cakes etc. They also currently have vegan range of food.

I visited the Costa Coffee cafe in Knowle today and it was a most enjoyable experience.
I had tea and a glass of water .
The tea was Twinnings breakfast tea and it was of good quality.
The staff were friendly and efficient at serving my order .
I would recommend a visit to the Costa Coffee cafe in Knowle

Big standard Costa with really nice staff. There is plenty of room and it's not as loud as you would expect from a highstreet coffee house either. The staff were really nice and helpful. Good food and drinks. The picture below is my little ones drink with straw as the plastic was hard to drink out of 😀
