This place has the best carvery. I measure carvery joints by the quality of roast potatoes…this place is elite. Best roasties…ever.
And Colin aka ‘father Christmas’ is brilliant - always puts you in a cheery mood, and every roast is served with a smile and bit of banter.
And as for the rest of the staff, they are also lovely.
Would recommend this place over all other carveries. Keep it up guys :)

We went again yesterday and our waitress was Chloe she is friendly and attentive making sure her customers had everything they needed and cleaning the tables down quickly ready for the next people, she is a great choice for hospitality and her bubbly personality makes customers feel welcome.
All the staff at the plume do a fantastic job to make sure everyone has a great eating experience, keeping the serving deck looking inviting and making sure the venue is kept clean and fresh.

Went for carvery on a Sunday at 18:00. Wasn't busy at all, especially compared to another carvery chain, which was a big plus.
Food was really nice, good choice of veg and meat was excellent.
Ordering via app/scanning QR code was a bit of a ballache, especially for drinks, but wouldn't
put us off going again.
We just had a great meal here. The staff was very friendly and helpful. If u have a blue badge, very easy to find a disable carpark at the front. Very close to entrance. Will go back for a great choice on menu
Attended here with the family after a spontaneous decision to eat out for dinner. Staff were courteous, especially the chef on the carvery counter. With my wife being a vegetarian the chef gave her enough information which she really appreciated.
The food itself was really nice, hot, tasty and filling too.
Will be returning again and the price was very reasonable too.

We visit the plume quite often as it's our go to carvery! The food is always fresh and tasty!
The staff are brilliant and nothing is ever too much trouble! We had a young blonde girl serve us recently (can't remember her name) but she was brilliant! Excellent service and we didn't have to lift a finger (thank god as we couldn't have moved after our meal!)
This is always our fast choice if we fancy a meal out and travel to eat here! Thank you all for always a lovely meal out!
My food was lovely, massive burger. My Mum had meat feast pizza but she found it was salty, I tried some I thought it was OK.
She had the carvery instead which she loved.
Staff were lovely and understanding.

Fantastic little gemstone found by accident. Pleasant staff who were courteous yet not overbearing. A carvery full of choice with meat which was tender and melted in the mouth. Value for money is an understatement. We will be eating here again.
I often have breakfast here on a Saturday morning and am always very satisfied. There is a good selection of breakfast dishes on offer and all well cooked plus coffee, tea and toast, definitely worth a visit.
Not bad , not so many vegetables choice as at a Toby. Plenty of meat though. Didn't like the cauliflower cheese. Puddings nice but apple pie didn't seem to have been cooked through.
