Came in to kill sometime and was treated wonderfully by all the staff in particular James K and Maz.
They made me feel like a superstar and were extremely professional.
The food was fantastic, I had a few light bites and nearly needed rolling out.
10/10 will be back again.

Don’t normally write reviews for bars, but I just had to give a shout-out to bar staff member, Charlotte. She was super accommodating and recommended the best cocktails for me and my friends, while also being incredibly friendly & chatty, felt like we were being served by a friend. The speed of service and quality of drinks were also both great! I’ve been to Yates a few times in the past but this is my first time back in over a year & there seems to be a relatively new team, who are all great. Thanks Charlotte for making our night even more fun! Highly recommend :)

Good accessibility for a wheelchair. Lift to toilets. Friendly staff. We had the lunch menu, baguette was big lots of filling with chips and a cold drink. Deffoo return again. Good value for money.

Amazing Club. Safe fun and a good night out. Manager who owns it is a top bloke and give us a great evening out for a few drinks. Highly recommend this place. They do good shows and have a big stage for entertainment as well. Get your selves down to Yates for a few good pints and a good time.

Came a couple of weeks ago. Have to say our server Ray was so friendly and polite. Having been a customer service manager myself for years, i notice good customer service when i see it. Every establishment needs staff like Ray. Keep up the good work, was a pleasure to drink here.

Interesting choice of cask beers and ciders you don't normally see. Less expensive too. Example - Wainwright's Golden at £3.00 a pint. Comfortable, relaxed atmosphere. I enjoyed my late afternoon visit.

Came one day last week and Charlotte (young girl with highlighted brown/blonde hair) was so welcoming and helpful, even with the request of awkward and long cocktails!😂 It’s very rare to get young girls who are pleasant to equally young girls and so she deserved the recognition. Will definitely be back again and hope to see her lovely face again too :)

Came for lunch with my friend and Courtney served me. She was so lovely and explained the new menu to me as it has changed since I last ate there, the food was amazing and the service was top notch. Definitely coming with friends again!

Good for food and good for drinks at a night out. Had the tree way chicken burger (go double for £2 extra) which is huge and tasty! More then enough for the big eaters. Interior looks okey and the service is quick. You have to order the food at the bar as well tough.

Was a nice place. Quiet when I was there due to the time of the year. Strange decor, oldy worldy pics on the walls in one bit and modern decor in others. Also not enough comfy seats for my liking. (I added a snapchat filter to the pic I attached)
