A few weeks ago we ate in five guys in new street station. It was shocking, low level fast food at gourmet restaurant prices. We walked into the McDonald's here and commented it was far more upmarket than five guys! This was really nice for a McDonald's, we were pleasantly surprised. We were flying through on a trip down south and stopped for a quick toilet stop and hash brown snack. Food was piping hot, toilets were clean and it was all in all a good pit stop!

One member of staff had a face like thunder the other was quite cheerful and welcoming. It's MacDonalds at the end of the day, rubbish food always a last resort but priceless when your hungry enough at a time when everywhere is closed

I've never been disappointed here. Food is hot and fresh and service is quick. Order on app and have it delivered to a car parking space for extra convenience. Toilets were clean and well maintained. 90 minute limit on car park and no return within 60 minutes.

Best McDonald's I've ever been to in England, so sophisticated and still has those amazing kids playgrounds which is a big deal.
It was really clean also, the standard is really higher than most McDonald's around.

Order was correct, food was hot, got a receipt from the self service machine which is a great bonus when purchasing on company card. Clean inside and had a kids play area outside. What more do you want from a maccy's?

Very good fast food restaurant near Shirley. This has very good parking space, charging stations for EV and a drive through. The staffs are very active. Good number of seats inside for dine in. Clean environment.

Popped in to fetch a breakfast and found the drive-through reasonably busy and the store to be quiet. Our order was completed correctly, really quickly, and was nice and hot. This store is slightly further from home but miles better than our nearest one.
