Popped in for lunch having seen the reviews. Ordered 2 pizzas, both excellent. Friendly, welcoming staff. Cant see myself visiting southampton again, but if I do, I will be eating here....
Staying In Southampton for 2 nights, didn’t want fine dining but fresh food and good service. Pops is was near where we were staying and pretty busy (only small) picked a table and our server took full care of us, excellent service. Had huge bowl of mixed olives whilst we had a glass of wine and beer, then shared a pizza (the one with the hen’s egg in the middle) crust was so light and filling really tasty. Another glass of wine and time for the bill. Really good price. Never felt rushed and plenty of time to relax between choices. Highly recommend. Perfect night. Love their ethics policy

Brilliant little restaurant, only found it as I was searching for vegan places near by. It really didn’t disappoint, food was spot on and staff brilliant. Will be taking the kids next time.
Hate to say it but was very disappointed by our visit after reading such rave reviews. Went last night for daughters birthday treat, and would not go back. Two starters on menu, not bread based we’re not available but only told this when tried to order, this should have been mentioned when sat down. Soft drinks, ie coke was in a can, from a multi pack, cost £2 each! Garlic bread & pizza came uncut , very hard to cut with cutlery supplied and had to ask for pizza cutter as not brought with pizza to table. Topping on Spicy ! Pizza very scarce, 3 bits of chilli & 1 basil leaf, 5 slices of unspicy salami. Other pizzas did have more topping, and on removing olives from one the staff did offer to put an alternative topping on. Goats cheese pizza was delicious. With so many other big chain pizza restaurants around I will always try an independent restaurant but have to say on this occasion I would go elsewhere for pizza in the future.
First time here and I was so surprised by the array of vegan choices. I am vegetarian but will go for a vegan option where possible and Popsi's definitely made this possible! Not only that but it was better than any meat option I can imagine. I have been let down my replacement 'chicken' used by pizza places before but this one really delivered. Thank you and I will be coming back!
Staying in Southampton on a work trip and had heard about the delicious pizzas at Popsi’s. The Diavola pizza was indeed delicious and the service attentive and super friendly. Perfect all round !
Having heard great things about this place, we visited for the first time last night. The pesto bites were amazing (I would go back just for these!!), pizzas were delicious and we finished off with a couple of chocolate calzones to share. The menu has a few good vegetarian options and the bill was reasonable. The service was welcoming, and our waitress was cheerful and friendly. I like their business ethnics which include giving some of their profits to local charities. The venue is very small so would suggest booking in advance. Will definitely be back - highly recommended.
Came here after shopping and we loved everything from the food to the decor. Very relaxed little pizzeria with good vegan, vegetarian options. The starters were amazing and the pizza was delicious with really generous toppings. Would really recommend and will be returning!
Delicious pizzas, really fresh ingredients and a great variety for all different diets (vegan, veggie, gf). Great service and though the food was quick, you could see it being prepared there and then... we will be back!
Warm welcome, perfect homemade dough! Yummy!! The pizzas are delicious! We also tried the maltesers calzone, so good.... Thank you we'll be back soon!
Great for after a show with the grandchildren! Best pizza ever! Staff really friendly and only 5 mins walk from the Mayflower. Definitely recommend.
Very yummy pizza. Hit the spot. Good quality for the money, for sure. Nice atmosphere when you eat in too.
Spent a lovely dinner with my boyfriend. The vegan options are really great 🌹 The only thing that I found a little bit annoying was the waiting

Visited here last night for a quick meal before going to see a show - pizza was fantastic, good size and value. Had a side of Parmesan potatoes too - delicious! Next time I’ll try the pesto dough bites! Staff were very friendly and the place has a lovely relaxed vibe! Definitely recommend, will visit again!
This is my favourite restaurant in Southampton by a million miles - the pizza is always fresh and the staff are friendly. The menu is really well priced and I appreciate the environmentally friendly policies.
Just been for my 5th visit and popsis never fail to deliver! Not only are they very eco conscious but the restaurant is always so clean and vibrant. Coming from someone who lives on pizza I can honestly say these are the best ones I've ever had in a restaurant...not only is the dough perfectly soft but the toppings are fresh and very generous! The staff have always been so polite, friendly, and personable and have always made us feel so welcome. I'm not vegan but I noticed there's just as many starter main side and dessert options. I'd highly recommend and would be very upset to have to go anywhere else to feed my pizza addiction 👌
Friendly staff. Great pizza. Thank you for allowing dogs! Quick service. Only negative is that there could be more tables. We were there on a Monday so we got in okay.

Lovely independent pizza place. Popped in for lunch on a wet Sunday, pleasantly surprised to find it open and a shame it was so empty although a few takeaways went out. Simple decor, friendly service and delicious pizza bases with plump crusts. Goatsby recommended. Great value, nice ambience. Will be back!
