Fresh Health Kitchen

Absolutely lovely staff and atmosphere. Very chilled and oozes good vibes. First time coming here with my girlfriend and I absolutely loved the look of the place and was greeted with heavenly food that was prepared very nicely and tasted gorgeous. We had Sticky Salmon, chicken Caesar salad and a berry smoothie and it was divine. All the food was fresh and was served neatly by the amazing chef. Amazing work, I would definitely recommend especially if you're trying to eat healthy and if you've got any allergies.

Wow, I have just googled them so I can leave a review, the food was top class orderd Curry goat chef's special and wow Very GOOD food, ordered and the guy was kind enough to bring the food out back as we hadn't paid for parking lol, good service friendly . Will definitely order again from them 5 star ! Food !!!!!! P.s the portions were awesome too can't complain and that's saying something!

Great place! A lovely range of food options which incorporates for Vegans and Vegetarians. I've been here twice and will certainly be a repeating customer - every experience has been a pleasant one. Portions are enough to fill you up and bursting with a great range of flavours. I would say the price is very fair for what is offered. For 5 star, I think the smoothies need more work done to improve the flavour as they were lacking in taste, watery and warm. Although the price reflects this.

If I could give this restaurant a higher review I would. I've ordered take aways from them before and as such already had a high opinion of them when I went but having the salmon taken from the pan and servered a moment later is just better. This is now my favourite place to eat in Southampton and I am planning to take my fiance this weekend. The pricing is very reasonable and the food is just so so good (I can vouch for the sticky salmon) so if you have a chance then take yourself down to the Fresh Health Kitchen. You will not regret it.

The menu is perfect. The service, the friendly relaxed atmosphere and the setting made me feel at home and very welcomed. The food itself was simply amazing. Get to this place quick before someone awards the team 3 Michelin Stars. Great place. Great Team. Very grateful for their welcome and the opportunity to enjoy such great, healthy and tasty food

Really great. Delicious food, freshly cooked and locally sourced. Great range of vegetarian and vegan options as well as meat options. Really great stuff - friendly and helpful. Essentially happy to adapt the menu to suit any taste and with lots of great suggestions. Good range of smoothies/ shakes. I would definitely recommend. If I had one criticism it's the use of single use plastic cups and straws for smoothie for people eating in - would be even better with recyclable paper ones or reusable metal ones.
