So far, I haven't found an issue with this place. I like the food, I'm the drinks are nice, the vibes are pretty chill. Good choice of background music, and the interior is well done.
Probably not worth going there on a daily basis as the prices are quite bitey but once in a while it feels nice.

Busy but can see why! Staff were so friendly & patient, even during such a busy & stressful looking rush, super talkative and helpful. Coffee was good but the staff made the place great today :)

I love this place, coffee is great, app is amazingly good and easy. However recent visit was not as great, girl who was making my coffee wasn't very helpful, slightly abrupt, maybe she had bad morning and needed coffee more than me. But I don't think this will stop me visiting this place. I still love their Caramel latte with cream, yum.

Jo served me and my freind today and has to be one of the politest, sweetest and also most efficient Batista's I've ever met. She was efficient in making an order she was new to and yet it came out tasting amazing, one of the best I've had - she even made me and my freind laugh whilst waiting. Would recommend 10/10

This is very nice place to get a nice cup of coffee, they serve it in proper glass cups if you are having it in the shop. I tried their cake for the first time and I guess pistachio mousse is not a good choice.

Very lovely staff, I ordered a hot chocolate which was very good. I also ordered a croissant but it was disappointing. It had been left out for ages to the point it went stale and it just didn't taste nice for what I payed. Overall it was ok but I'd probably visit not that often or in the morning when the pastries are warm and fresh.

Great coffee with lovely atmosphere, I tried most of the city centre cafe but best decoration and calm atmosphere is for Nero. The only problem is most of the time tables are dirty and full of empty cups. Only one of the gentleman working there have a friendly behaviour sadly I don’t know his name.
