First time having Taco Bell since moving to the UK. Living in the states, Taco Bell was never a let down and I was a bit nervous driving down to Southampton to try it all the way from Bristol but it definitely did not disappoint!
Great food and very fast service.
So today I had my first ever Taco Bell from the Southampton store. I can tell you the customer service was amazing the food was astounding. It was like there was a party I’m my mouth. Wow. Highly recommend to eat here. !!!
So, VS American Taco Bell, which I have been craving for 9 months, here are some thoughts. 1) I don't know why there are fries here but they're surprisingly okay. 2) the meat tastes better but I think that makes me like it less? 3) The Volcano burrito is NOT the American Volcano burrito, which I miss dearly ...or the staff made it wrong. We ordered a second one just in case but it was still barely similar. 4) It is tragic that they can't get Baja Blast here, but free refills! Restaurant was clean and busy.
One of the favourite fast food place in Southampton. We had the cravings meal for two. Their Nacho cheese dips and fries are one of the best ever. The beef quesadilla is very tasty. The staff, specifically, Mali was very nice. It would be great if we have the option of having Churros (what we additionally ordered) or cinnamon twist in this meal. I highly recommend to try for those who haven’t yet.
Friendly staff, delicious food and an enjoyable atmosphere. Mexican themed music is played in the Taco Bell and the food is full of flavour, portion sizes are excellent and the food is good quality, especially for the price. Affordability is improved further if you complete a survey on the receipt, to which you then get 20% off your next visit total bill.
I think the fries bell grandè are excellent; they’re tasty and plentiful in size. The cheese sauce is amazing and the Mexican fries as they call them, are the best! Drinks are refillable and the opening hours are good.
Friendly staff are always happy to help and the restaurant is usually clean, most of the time waiting times are short as well, and food is often fresh. Highly recommend this Taco Bell location.

The Burritos were nice and warm. The spicey fries were lovely too. Plenty of place to sit.

That is exceptionally fantastic customer service. The food is delicious and prepared within a couple of minutes.
The restaurant is professionally managed - I talked to John, a manager there and after our chat, I am sure he fully understands how the excellent customer service should look like.
They attach a link to their survey with the order (it is on the receipt) so you can share your opinion and experience. I can tell you - they do read it and try to make up for any inconvenience.
I will continue to recommend this branch of Taco Bell to my friends and definitely will come back soon. 5 STARS!
I went today for the first time and I really liked the food, okay, it is not like proper Mexican food but it is good, better than othrr places . The staff is nice and the restaurant is clean
The staff were slow to take our order but once we started it all went well and for a change this fast food was actually fast and it was still hot. The food was the best part. The floor and tables did not look as though they'd been cleaned all day, my wife wiped down a table with paper towels from the counter. There was also another family in there, quite large and very poorly behaved, just ruined it a bit. Overall good meal out.
It is a good place. Delicious meal. We tried the "meal for two". Quesadilla, tacos, nachos, chips with paprika and two drinks. It is enough for two :)
My first visit. Disappointing they had.no chips, choros instead was a bit weird but taisty. Had to wait for the drinks machine to be put together too. Loved the cinnamon twists.
Has become my favourite place to eat mainly due to friendly staff, especially the manager John. He is always welcoming and such a genuine nice bloke and always remembers us. He is definitely the main reason me and my daughter enjoy going there other than the food, he is an asset to the company
