Best fried fish in the area, I tried them for the first time today and I am already in love. I had the haddock twice, slightly battered!! My go to place from now. Great customer service.

Definitely the best chippie l have ever been to, and that hight standard has been maintained throughout my time in Park Gate, some 13 years. The chips are always excellent, crisp on the outside and well cooked inside and the haddock is a winner. The serving staff are young, efficient and friendly and the experienced "Friers" keep a watchful eye of proceedings whilst continually producing great fish and chips. We don't go that often these days, but it is definitely our "Go To" chippy, I'd even travel miles to use them.

Excellent fish and chips - well prepared and always tastes really fresh - not like some chippies where it tastes like the oil is a week old. Portions are enormous - we often can't finish them. We keep our boat in the marina just down the hill and everyone here goes to The Plaice on the Green for supper, so this is not just my opinion.
