One of the few local Starbucks that have mobile ordering. Staff are friendly and helpful. Convenient for a little stop if you are shopping at the retail park. Free WiFi is a standard positive. 5 stars if there were more charging points. Note that there are public toilets in the Next section of the store.

I am disabled and they are always helpful and obliging. Relaxed atmosphere upstairs in Next store.

Love the coffee but it is time Starbucks wake up to the demand to cut back on single use plastic. No reason now why I should have cold brew served with plastic straw & cup. Makes the imposition of charges on take away disposable cups seem hypocritical.
I carry reusable hot & cold flasks in my car for drive throughs & service areas. I can't really carry them around shopping, we need Starbucks to be more responsible like Costa.
