took quite a while to make the food but expected it to be good and it really was! Will definitely order again, and can understand why they get queues out the door!

Phoned in advance to order several lunchtime fish and chip specials. Really friendly service, ensured I had the right salt and vinegar combinations, marking up the wrappings for when I handed them over.
Food was very tasty with several questions on where I'd got the fish and chips from.
Lunchtime specials were just the right size for the adults.
Parking outside is very easy.
Revisited today (Nov '23) and excellent service and food once again. Thanks to the staff.
Revisited again (Mar '24) still the same good level of service, thanks.

This is without a doubt the best fish and chips shop in the area. The portions are fantastic and they do the very best spam fritters I've ever tasted.
Service is always top notch and they have a really good variety on the menu. If you want Dirty old fashioned fish and chips with great portions and great flavour then this is the place to go.
