Bhatti in the men's suit section was amazing. Very helpful getting me different sizes and giving really good advice. If you are shopping for suits here definitely try and find him!
A nice location. Bright and also tucked away. It provided relief from the hussle and bussell of West Quay. Coffee, cake Apple Juice great. Percy Pig smoothie/slush not great. An acquired taste. Has the the hallmarks of super healthy but my kids wanted something cold and sweet. All good.
Very good the staff and the service in the cafe restaurant. New outfits are here and all very well displayed. Mens wear and the ladies clothes plus all the accessories children's outfits aswell the food to buy downstairs is excellent I love to visit M&s every time I'm in town.
Good store, big. Helpful and friendly staff. Cafe is good, food is nice.

Excellent store. Well laid out, plenty of stock and it's clear where everything is.
Café: they need to improve the service on serving people as the same people were doing the ordering and making drinks (and not even that good...). Food Quality was normal but small portions in comparison to other m&s cafes.
Really good homeward selection. Good (new) toilets and baby change. Would definitely recommend.
Good latte and pot of tea with British cows milk. However they don't do saucers for your cups! 🐄🇬🇧
James did an excellent job helping me pick a suit this afternoon in the clothes shop section.
He was very friendly and helpful; Marks and Sparks is clearly still the place to go for a cheap suit.
Massive spacious department store with large selection of clothing, for the whole family and many other things spread over several floors accessible with stairs, lifts and elevators.
Food hall is enormous with mouth watering M &S food, same applies to the large restaurant. Our favourite in house bakery. Everything under one roof. We spend hours in this shop. Very clean and tidy shop. Always clean toilets.
Excellent service from friendly and professional staff. I give them 11/10. I managed to buy nice things for myself using my birthday gift vouchers. Great experience I love this shop.
Multi storey car park very close. Wheelchair accessible: entrance, lifts and car park
This is a large clean, clear store that feels so relaxing to shop in. I was amazed how tidy the shoe area was, in other stores the shoes are scattered around by customers and not replaced by the staff - not here. Plenty of space to sit and try on and clearly defined style areas.
We also visited business wear and found a good selection of skirts, blouses, trousers, and jackets. Unfortunately the person we were shopping for couldn't find any business trousers that fitted her shape well so we abandoned them but we did get a couple of skirts and blouses which were perfect.
The store has wide Isles with no stock trolleys blocking them, no inane music so we could talk and think and general air of capability. This is what a good shop looks like, staff if you need them but not in your face if you don't. Good range of stock that is kept tidy so it doesn't look like a jumble sale. All in all a pleasure. Just to be clear I am in my early 50's and the other person mid 20's and we both found things we wanted, although we only purchased for her. So no longer a shop for the older generation.
My favourite place for food and clothes shopping. Very friendly service and nice environment.
