Four Oaks Gourmet Deli

Wow!! Completely blew away my expectations. I have some dietary restrictions as a vegan & I’ve had a hard time finding healthy options while here in the Hamptons. I ordered the arepa, empanada & the taco bowl earlier & was shocked with how amazing & fresh it was. I think I ate it all in 15 minutes. Highly recommend! The salsa was great also.

Great. Been eating here since day one. Good healthy choices. Because they are busy just give them time to prepare your food. Texting ahead on busy summer days is advisable, Not enough seating and they have a few tables outside but you can make it work someway somehow. If you are a tourist go to Golden Pear.

We love this hidden gem! Fresh & Healthy! So good...Did not even know it was here for the longest. They close early around 4pm so it is def a breakfast, brunch, lunch spot. Would love it for dinner too! Many healthy options, vegan and non vegan. Small indoor area for seating and outside dependent on weather. Busy as a pick up and go/take out spot. Cheaper than Golden Pear Juice for sure. Four Oaks is def a local spot. 💝 Never had an issue and been several times since i discovered it. I am so happy to have found it! I like the location OFF and away feom main Street. I usually would get my juice or smoothie at Golden Pear, Juice Press, or the Organic Market on Main street. But last time i did that some older gent floored his Benz in reverse from his parking spot at 75 Main and hit like 4 cars so i try to stay away from really busy touristy area. 😳🥴

Whenever I'm in SH I make it a point to stop here, food is fresh and delicious, the buddah burger, avocado panini and surfers bowl are some of my favorites. The chocolate PB delight smoothie is out of this world! Save yourself some time and order ahead, its a busy place but I promise its worth the wait and certainly every penny!
