It's absolutely amazing. My food was actually hot, unlike chichester.
Also, my chips were beautifully cooked and not soggy. Overall, it was great.

It’s McDonalds so you know what you’re getting. The staff do quite well given how busy it is and can get. Advise avoiding during peak times as it can get uncomfortably packed and awkward with long waits. The food is consistent and they have resisted inflation pretty well - good on them.

Very busy. Car park small and difficult to manoeuvre around the site. Triple cheeseburgers yummy and served super quick despite being very busy.

Weirdly the food usually tastes better here than in the Shirley one. Today I had a cold apple pie though. 😪

The person on drive thru, I believe his name is George was extremely fast at handing my food out as well as very polite. He had a smile on his face and I feel like I will come back if I have the chance in the near future. The food was also piping hot

The team working there are amazing and very polite they did forget our sauces but I think that was down to the sheer massive amount of work load they have the only thing I don't find good about McDonald's isn't about one particular store more to do with all stores and that is that the coffee doesn't taste very good it's very weak

We had a drive-through order. Because our order was big, they let us go to Bay 2 and wait. When we took our order and left, they forgot to put the sauces that I purchased. Just make sure you have everything you order before you move.

A great McDonald's near LHR Term-5. The dining room attendant did a great job keeping tables clean for guests.
Food was good too. The Big Mac and Chicken Select Tenders were both tasty and hot.
The Side Salad was surprisingly good. I enjoyed the Rocket lettuce, fresh tomato and cucumber.
The banana milkshake was a sweet treat as well.
Next time I'm visiting LHR Term-5 I will visit this McDonald's also. I highly reccomend it!
