Mt Fuji Japanese Food & Steak

The best Sushi/ Hibachi place on earth. Everything is always fresh, service is courteous and quick. Staff will always answer your questions and modify your dish, if you so desire. When I think sushi - I think that spot automatically. BYOB. (beer spot is literally next door), wine service, or anything else. If you haven't been here - you are missing out.

My family and I went to this restaurant for dinner this evening. They sat us right away at the hibachi station. The young lady took our drink orders promptly. We ordered our food, and were served soup and salad. After our beginning servings, the hibachi chef came out and greeted us all. He kindly checked all of our orders and how we wanted our meat prepared and nothing was amiss. We enjoyed his show and everything from the fried rice, meats, seafood, and vegetables came out perfectly. On a Saturday night, we were lucky to be seated without a line out the door.

Food was great!! We got ordered a sushi boat for my daughter's bday, we loved it!! My only gripe, May seeeeeem small but none of our nigiri had any Wasabi on it!! Was a big let down, they get the high rating because it was indeed still good haha and it doesn't take much effort to just grab a piece of Wasabi yourself.

I am in love with this place! Newly remodeled and it looks amazing!! My family and I come here quite frequently and have a great relationship with the staff. The food is beyond amazing. Ingredients are very fresh and everything is exploding with flavor. The Hibachi dinners are not just for the Hibachi section of the restaurant. You can order it in the normal dining area, unlike Ooka. The prices are very reasonable and the drinks are delicious. Stop on by for a date or with the family and check out Mt. Fuji for yourself. Please ask for Michelle or Angela; they are by far the sweetest servers! Enjoy!
