This place is phenomenal, family run business, all of the staff is super friendly and attentive. Great service. The food is the best Chinese I’ve had in Western MA. Never had a disappointing meal there, Crab Rangoons, chicken wings, Lo Mein, and Egg rolls are off the charts. Along with much more, everything is so good.
Highly recommend this place. Clean restaurant. Great staff and amazing, amazing food. Definitely have a lifetime customer here.

There aren’t a lot of great Chinese take out places in the area, but West Lake has become my go to. They are lightening fast, consistent and delicious. Worth my drive from Northampton every time. The General Tso’s is everything I want it to be and they are super friendly.

The food is great, and the family/staff is wonderful. They do a popping takeout business, so order takeout ahead or dine in.
It is a Chinese place in Western Mass, so set your atmosphere expectations accordingly.

My girlfriend and I always go here for Chinese food. Great selection, delicious meals that aren't too greasy and friendly staff. Easy to access from the street and there is plenty of parking.

Rice is awesome, lots of chicken, not greasy, boneless ribs and chicken teriyaki on a stick are fantastic, Rangoons were just ok, I like them on the sweeter side is all.

Hadn't been here in a few years. Good variety of lunch specials. I had the sesame chicken with brown rice. Really yummy but wish it came with broccoli like it used to. My Dad really enjoyed the beef teriyaki, said it had a nice zip to it. Restaurant was very clean, prompt friendly service. Decor clean but a bit dated.

First time customer today, I can't express how pleased we are with the food. Every item we ordered was delicious, not great, meat was tender. Best Chinese I've had. Worth the drive from anywhere!
